She Founded and incorporated the firm in 1994 in Toronto, Ontario, and since its founding, her firm has been responsible for over 1200 successful client searches, including international searches in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Russia, the Orient and Mexico. As President of the firm she's expanded operations along with her Canadian alliance partner IRC Recruitment into over 50 offices on 4 continents. As a recruiter she specializes in non-profits, public sector, higher education, environment, and arts and institution clients, placing personnel in General Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations openings. She's placed candidates with clients including Oxfam, Oxford University, Exel/DHL, Higher Education Funding Council for England, and World Vision International. She's recently been chosen as one of the World's Most Influential Headhunters by BusinessWeek, and maintains broad industry associations. She sits on the board of alliance partner IRC Recruitment, and is a member of HRPAO (Human Resource Professional Association of Ontario), IACPR (International Association for Corporate and Professional Recruitment), SLF (Strategic Leadership Forum), WXN (Women's Executive Network), and IABC (International Association of Business Communicators).
